I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were very large, clean, and well-equipped. The hotel facilities were great, including the breakfast, excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was close to everything - the harbor, the center of Puerto Banus, and even the beach.

Hotel staff delayed check-in due to reservation issue, but were ultimately polite. The property is impeccably clean and conveniently located near shops and restaurants. Pleasant scent upon entering, eco-conscious toiletries. Modern, spacious room with useful USB plugs. Fantastic breakfast buffet and well-stocked pool bar.

The venue is reasonably priced, it offers perfect breakfast and has best possible location right by the beach, restaurants, the marina. Obliging staff provides good service.

This hotel is in a fantastic location right in the heart of Puerto Banus. It's surrounded by plenty of restaurants and shops, and the beach is just a short walk away. The rooms are spacious and the staff is friendly and helpful. I was particularly impressed with the attention to detail and the disabled facilities in the kitchen. It's great to see a hotel that caters to all guests' needs.
